Name Check Delay

A lot of Form I-485 adjustments of status petitions as well as naturalization applications have been delayed for months and even years due to the name check delay by USCIS and/or FBI. The applicants always tried everything they could to move the process going, such as making phone inquiries to USCIS, making phone inquiries to FBI, writing letters to Senator or Congressman, etc. However, after doing all of these, many of them still get the same answer: name check or securities check is pending. While this is a frustrating situation, our firm has a resolution for the applicant:

filing a lawsuit against USCIS and FBI. According to our experience, most cases will be settled with the government within months and the applicants will get their green cards shortly. Even if for some reasons, the applicant's case will need to go to court, we will fight for the applicant's rights and help the applicant get the applicant's green card.
